At the server side:
At client side, input the remote ES Web server's url:
Server: the name of the machine that installed the server. In the ESweb, the user could input: site domain name or IP address; in the organization internal service, the user could input: server name or IP address.
User: the user login Id.
Password: valid user password.
If user choose to enter the example database, then he/she could choose "Load Example Database".
