User Dictionary - Data is frequently searched or selected from a database system. In Excel Server, User Dictionary represents concrete data, record, or certain content in a database, such as "Products", "Customers". It appears commonly at "Create New Report" and Search.
The dictionary consists of two levels:
Level 1: Subject
Right click "Dictionary", and choose "New" -> "Subject":

Level 2: Keywords
Right click "Purchase", and choose "New" -> "Keywords":
