Single field

In order to save the data and formulas we need to select 'Single Field' first. There are two categories of data fields existing on a common table template: Single Field and Multiple Field.

Single Field refers to all the cells with the single entry data. For instance, table title, table creation date and signature.

Steps:

1. Find out all the data fields with the single entry data.

2. Holding "Ctrl" key on your keyboard to select other data cells.

3. Keeping your cursor in the selected area and right click your mouse, choose "Single Field".
