Re-save a report without opening it

Now uses can re-save those reports that do not have workflow attached directly from My Workbench without having to open the reports.

When multiple reports need to be re-saved, users do not have to repeat the operation on each of them either. They can be selected and re-saved all together in a batch.

Please note that the feature does not apply to ESWeb.
