'New' Data Fetcher window:

New - adding a new Data Fetcher. An Excel report template could have many Data Fetchers. There are two ways to creating new Data Fetcher: adding new one or updating existing Data Fetcher.

Steps:

1.Data source (Table join)

2.Filter condition

3.Filling methods

4.Save

5. Save as

If you choose "Whether duplicate data are eliminated in record set or not", the duplicate data will be excluded in record set.
