How to add the external page to ESWEB?
It has been provided an interface in "system management" to import the web pages or link from any other URL. The operation is quite handy to you.
1.Build the outer link
Logon ESWEB, click "system management" on the top menu bar then " outer link"
2. click " Add " button, the interface is below:
Notes:
| Classification | Which template classification do you want to save your outer page? Click " select " to choose the location of the template classification |
| Name of outer link | Name your outer link |
| Address of outer link | The URL of the outer link |
| Description | Description of the outer link. It will be shown in " outer link management " |
| Display status | "yes" --the menu in the left hand side will be displayed, " no "--the menu will be hided |
| Window to opened | Do you want to open your pop-up window? |
| Read authority | To make sure which department of role can click this outer link |
