(1) General Information

        Name: User name, max 20 letters

        User Department: the user department. it is defined at organizations.

        Login Name: User's login name, max 20 letters (Click "Excel server" from Excel menu bar, then choose "Connect")

        Password: User's password, max 20 letters. (Click "Excel server" from Excel menu bar, then choose "Connect")

        Cell Phone: User's cell phone number. It is used for sending agenda via SMS.

        Email: User's email address.

        Role Name: the Role's information.

        Role Description: the description for the Role.
