1. Sub-Administrator

In an enterprise,each department might assign an administrator to manager the department,in order to 

fillful the realistic needs in a company, BC Excel Server v8.5 is added a system role called 'Dept Admin',

whichi is the sub-administrator in the system.

The function of the Dept Admin:

1. He is not allowed to take part time 'Dept Admin' in the other department

2. One the current 'Dept Admin' has changed the department in system, he will not own the role of

   the 'Dept Admin' in the previous department any more.

Permission of the Dept Admin:

1. Allow to operation the setting in the department including 'write' and 'read'

2. Allow to authority the role and postion of the department

3. Allow to operation as a normal user with the permission of 'write' and 'read'

Operation

Step One: Login ES Management Console

Step Two: Select 'Properties' on 'Dept Admin'

Step Three: Set up the department that need the Dept Admin

Step Four: Choose the user who is in the department that has been set up the Dept Admin

Step Five: Assign the role of 'Dept Admin' of the department for this user.
