Adding data fields to data table
Task:
Adding 'Edepartment' to the existing 'Customer_Main'

Preparation:
- Open Excel, and login with 'matt', then open 'Customer' tempalte.
Steps:
- Choose 'B17" and select 'Define Single Field'
- Choose 'Left Cell' then click 'Next'
- Choose the 2nd choice: 'Add to following data table', then select 'Customer_Main' fromthe dropdown list. Click 'Next'.

- Choose 'char(100)' from the dropdown list, and click 'Finish' to end it.
