Create 'Customer' template
- Open Excel, and login to the ES system with the 'Admin'

- Choose "Template" -> "New Template". A window pops up.
- Choose "Create New Template", then click [OK]. In the pop-up window, input '001' for 'Report ID' and
'Customer' for 'Report Name', leave all other in default value.

- Choose 'Read Authority' page, select 'Sales' at the 'Authorized Departments', and 'Sales Representative'
at the 'Authorized Roles'.

- Choose 'Read Authority' page, select 'Sales' at 'Authorized departments', 'Sales Manager' and
'Sales Representative' at the 'Authorized roles'.

- Choose 'Versions' page, the version 'V1' is in the list and its state is start.

- Click [OK] to close the window. A new Excel worksheet would be showed. The worksheet's title is:
'Microsoft Excel-Design: Customer'. Now the template is under the design state.

- Then input the following information at the new worksheet:
