Create 'Customer' template

  1. Open Excel, and login to the ES system with the 'Admin'

  2. Choose "Template" -> "New Template". A window pops up.

  3. Choose "Create New Template", then click [OK]. In the pop-up window, input '001' for 'Report ID' and 'Customer' for 'Report Name', leave all other in default value.

  4. Choose 'Read Authority' page, select 'Sales' at the 'Authorized Departments', and 'Sales Representative' at the 'Authorized Roles'.

  5. Choose 'Read Authority' page, select 'Sales' at 'Authorized departments', 'Sales Manager' and 'Sales Representative' at the 'Authorized roles'.

  6. Choose 'Versions' page, the version 'V1' is in the list and its state is start.

  7. Click [OK] to close the window. A new Excel worksheet would be showed. The worksheet's title is: 'Microsoft Excel-Design: Customer'. Now the template is under the design state.

  8. Then input the following information at the new worksheet:

  9. Choose 'Template' -> 'Save':
