Filling Methods

Filling Methods refer to the various field relationships between the selected data table and current data table.

1. Filling data table and filled data table are all defined based on the "Single Field" and/or "Multiple Fields".

2. Target field - the intended fields position at the Excel report table. They are defined based on "Single Field and/or " Multiple Fields" from the "Template" menu.

3. The selected data fields that would be filled into the report fields.

4. "Up" means to move selected "Data Fetcher" upward. It would change the 'Data Fetcher" execution sequences.

5. "Down" means to move selected "Data Fetcher" downward. It would also change the 'Data Fetcher" execution sequences.

6. Methods:

• Set Value - set the returned value into the cell.
• Dropdown List - construct a dropdown list for the returned values.
• Set Formula - set the returned values into formula for the target cell.
• FitByRow(Col) - input the returned values into the cells by rows (columns).

Steps:

1. Choose "Filling Methods";

2. Choose or input "Input Data", click "Double click here to build expression", user could choose the options from the dropdown list or manually input value.

3. Click [OK].

Repeat the above steps until all the target cells are filled.

4. Using "Up" or "Down" to adjust the "Data Fetcher" execution sequences.
